Our Courses
We make cooking fun with groups of up to ten students. You can put together your own group of students or join our scheduled classes. Each class is presented an integrated menu that you can prepare at home, rather than a random selection of dishes. Our facilities also offer hands-on advanced classes for small groups of up to 6 people who wish to raise their culinary knowledge and skills.
After taking you through the cooking class, we guide you on food and how you can fuse Asian and Western presentation styles to add even more flair to your meals! Finally, the whole group sits down to an enjoyable meal to recap and savor the food.
As part of our service, we also make available for sale the more exotic spices and ingredients you may need to immediately start your culinary journey in your own home.
COOKING STUDIO can be a forum for Corporate Team Building Events as the newly designed open kitchen can be converted into a private dining room completed with a Chef’s Table and tailored menu.

- To cancel, please inform us 2 days in advance.
- No-shows will be charged of 50% of the course fee.
Fees：
- NT$3,000 per demonstration course (incl. demonstrations of 4 dishes, cooking material, & meal). Buy 10 courses get 1 free.
- NT$3,700 for wine tasting classes (2 sessions)
- NT$1,800 for pastry single course.
- NT$1,600 for "Make Your Own Bread" course (learn 2 bread recipes).
- NT$2,000 for hands-on French cuisine , European cuisine, Modern Keiseki cuisine (2 recipes).
＊ Important: 10-course participants are advised to attend all 10 courses within one year starting from the day of purchase.
